The data from the parliamentary database are made available by the Flemish Parliament via web services. These data are made available to citizens and companies free of charge and without restrictions under the conditions laid down in the Free Open Data Licence Flanders. Copyright law determines that speeches given at meetings of representative bodies, at public court sessions or at political meetings can be freely reproduced and disclosed to the public.
There is no copyright on official government documents.
